99 Ext cab truck, the passenger seat belt is stuck and won't extend. I pulled it out and after dicking with the little gear, yellow and blue pieces I can't keep it from locking up and not releasing the belt. Does anyone have a diagram of these parts to verify nothing is broken or offer any help?
