  • 99 exploder horn issue

Wife told me the horn isn't working. So I checked the horn relay and fuse and both appeared good. I later noticed that the radio controls and cruise on the steering wheel didn't work either. 99 5.0 Eddie Bauer explorer.
Anyone know where the fuse or relay is for the whole wheels is? Precise the help.

Could be a faulty clock spring.

But this "clock spring" would affect the steering wheel mounted cruise and radio controls?

Yes, very much so. My L didn't have stereo controls but it did affect horn and cruise.

Clock springs transfer all the electric inputs/outputs from/to the wheel

... the air bag being an electric output.
