But as long as its a dual core aluminum radiator that fits the right dimensions it should be fine.Last edited by Exile; 08-29-2012, 10:37 AM.1991 5.0 Mustang LX-Hatch, BBK Cold Air Intake, BBK Headers, BBK X-Pipe, Flowmaster 40's, HPM C/C Plates, Cobra Sway-Bar, UPR Subframe Connectors, UPR Control Arms, FRPP Aluminum Driveshaft, FRPP "C" Springs, FRPP 31 Spine Diff, Moser 31 Spline Axles, FRPP 3:73 Gears, Tokico Blue Shocks, King Cobra Clutch, MSD Ignition, Taurus Electric Fan, BBK Gripp Shifter, & More

Is it still a decent radiator for the money for a stock motor?
Or would the Oreilly 433556 radiator be a better choice now over the specs of the 438556 ACTUAL radiator?
Im just trying to figure out between the two which one is the actual better radiator?Last edited by Exile; 09-17-2012, 08:31 AM.1991 5.0 Mustang LX-Hatch, BBK Cold Air Intake, BBK Headers, BBK X-Pipe, Flowmaster 40's, HPM C/C Plates, Cobra Sway-Bar, UPR Subframe Connectors, UPR Control Arms, FRPP Aluminum Driveshaft, FRPP "C" Springs, FRPP 31 Spine Diff, Moser 31 Spline Axles, FRPP 3:73 Gears, Tokico Blue Shocks, King Cobra Clutch, MSD Ignition, Taurus Electric Fan, BBK Gripp Shifter, & More

I just bought a Griffin 31x19 with dual 1.25" cores. Summit has it for $380, it is what Griffin specifically recommended for my setup. the 31x19 is LARGE in a fox, especially with a/c (although my a/c lines are obviously different then a stock fox setup so I'm not sure if they are better or worse as far as clearance is concerned. After realizing how little of my radiator the my Taurus electric fan shroud was going to cover I bought a 26x18" baking pan on Amazon for like $15 and cut it so I could mount the Taurus fan into it and pull from the entire radiator versus a much smaller area. You can see in the second picture how little clearance there is between the front frame rail and the radiator (I had to do some minor grinding to get it to fit.
