Are you running an underdrive crank pulley or stock? I would pulley down a little and look at doing a set of cams. That with a good tune should net you 500.

For reference, my forged '98 made that 462 rwhp because of the FRPP heads, port-matched intake, and blower cams. This was at just over 9psi, and I was out of fuel per the tuner, or it would have made more.
This was with a 255lph in tank, and a 255lph pusher pump with 42lb injectors. The same fuel system has made 500rwhp+ on similar 4.6's, which lends credence to the fact that he didn't know wth he was doing.
