Any A/C Specialist Here?

Looking for someone who can fix my moms car in the North Dallas area.
No freon right now. Plus the blower doesn't really blow hard. I am trying to find someone who can come to her or is close to her. She is 65 and can't handle driving the car much right now. She lives at Arapaho and Hillcrest. She drives a 93 Bonneville Supercharged. The blower and freon did not stop working at the same time. Separate issues. If you are interested let me know.

If I can get some free time one weekend I'll go a take a look at it. Work has me either working 14hr/day or on call so free time is hard to come by. I hate to hear any elderly are having to drive without a/c. I think Im available the weekend of 14th so Ill let you know.
Is she on a limited budget? Im only asking so I know if I need to do whatever I can to get it working without a lot of cost or if I can just run to the local parts store and get it done.
