good deal or not?

I came accross a 96' cobra with 193k for $5k. The Guy says the motor had been rebuilt but has no paper work. Exterior is 8/10 and the interior is 7/10 ( it needs an ignition and radio bezel.) So should I go after it or not, that is my question?

Alot of hard miles if that's the original motor.

I wouldn't pay more then 3500. To many miles.
