Water in oil, best way to get water out?

This explorer had about 2 gallons worth of water in the oil pan, it wasn't knocking or anything when I last started it.. So hopefully the bearings aren't washed.. Anyways..

I drained it all out and took off the filter, left the drain plug out, oil cap off and PVC was yanked when I pulled the upper intake just now.

Will the water magically evaporate out?

I'll be pulling the heads hopefully tomorrow.

Any tips on how to get the water out? Cheap oil and filter changes until it's OIL not and not creampie?

Cheap oil and run the oil pump with a drill? like priming....

Stupid question, its distrutor less ignition. Where would I prime it?

change the oil multiple times, end of story

Guy before me put head gaskets on it.. Reused the torque to yeild bolts and judging by the character I'd say didn't even torque them correctly. I'm going to take the heads to a shop and make sure theyre not cracked or warped from getting to hot, hopefully the block is fine too.

What would you recommend? Ive never had a car do this and this will be my first time dealing with water in the oil.

its a 4.0, theyll be cracked imo. check the filter pleats at a minimum.

So cut open the oil filter and check for shavings and or water?

I hear the heads are prone to cracking. I can only hope they are fine! Where is common spot to crack?

buy heads from headsonly.com and be done. look for bearing in the filter

2 ford hg and ford bolts. for a 2000 x engine, verify theyre the same

Lkq wants 800$ for one of theese POS motors. What the hell? Lol

If it's trashed I'll simply scrap it as it was free to me. I'd like to sell it and make profit but 800$ for an engine would void any possible profit.
