Step#1: Go to Harry Hines
Step#2: Go in to the first shop you find.
Step#3: Ask if they can do an inspection.
Step#4: Keep doing step#3 until you find the shop that answers you in the most broken english.
Step#5: Slip them some extra pesos and you're good.
I dont want to keep MI plates on it as I'd have to register it in another persons name (MI resident) which is just a pain in the ass (more so than an inspection hassle, yes).

I would love to come see the car in person. I have been following it on the Corral for some time. Your attention to detail and wiring was a lot of my insperation. If mine is together I will cruise it up there.
i think inspections in texas require some sort of proof of residence as each county is different. i think the more rural counties don't do emissions testing though so that might help you.
sweet car though, ill make it a point to drop by the shop to see it.

With that high of compression im just wondering if you can get away with boost on 93 oct and how much power u think you could make? And should make 1000+whp on E85 right?
