Buy some pag oil and clean out your compressor. Pour in, rotate by hand and pour out. Change the o rings to green on top of compressor. Pour 2 oz of pag oil into condensor, 2 into firewall evap core ( after flushing) and 4oz into the compressor. Also good idea to put some dye into compressor for future leaks. Oil all your o rings prior to assembly.

The bigger and the more air you move across the condenser the better it will cool.

Have you put a gauge in the vents to check the temps?

Not yet. I was washing the car last week with my ac on max and the fan wasn't on. High side "popped" a little and I lost some r134. Gonna recheck it with gauges this weekend. Its still cold though.

Well my parts just arrived. Accumulator with suction line, liquid line and office tube, discharge line, condenser, oil, o ring kit, and flush. Not bad for 190 bucks(hook up). Can't fucking wait

ok so my driver side fuel rail has a fitting that is preventing the line that runs from the compressor to the condenser from going on. any ideas?

Does your fuel rail have a center feed that you could move the fuel line to? And cap the end of the fuel rail.

It does not. Can I run a 90 degree fitting off the compressor for the discharge line since the fuel rail is in the way.
