Hope so. I have 140 miles on this build and just ironing out the bugs. Powde coating ruined my tensioner and helped back the fan bolts off ruining a belt and cracking the fan.

I have an electric fan if you are interested. 20.00 Its medium sized. It was on my coupe years ago, but I thought it was the problem, but it was the radiator. If you want it lmk. I know it still works, and blows hard.

Well I picked up 2 fans to be sure one worked. Can i wire a mach 1 fan straight to a 12 v source that gets power when key one and just ground it up close near the fan?

You can, but use a large relay. Have the key on power the relay. Electric fans have a huge draw on start up.

Does a relay take the load of the draw instead of the battery. Is this the purpose of relays and what function they serve?
