can ca bad tensioner cause

Vibration through the rpm range? Mine was powder coated and i know is bad. Also can it be rebuilt so I can keep the powder coated one.?

Take the belt off and see if the vibration is still there.

Just don't run it to long

You just need a new pulley. I got one.

I have never seen one cause a vibration, even when they are up to the failure point. They usually just start making noise, then fail all together.
