Does anyone make ratchet strap flat hooks to hook adapters?

I have 4 trucker style ratchet straps with flat hooks on both ends. They work great on trailers but they're hard to attach to anything other than trailers. Does anyone make an adapter to go from a flat hook to hook? I can find the hooks that I need but none of them are wide enough for the flat hook to go through. My straps are 3" wide and the hooks I can find are 2" wide.
