  • Tire rub

As of today, i have 275/40/17's all the way around on my fox. I have 4 cyl springs on the front and wore out shocks and struts. The front and back are rubbing. Where should i start?

Get the tenders rolled with the tool. Much better than using a hammer.

Hey chris, I'm pretty sure Chris has the tool to roll the fenders. Give him a call tomorrow

I have 275s on front of my coupe and im using an 1/8th in spacer so that I dont get and rub while turning. Back I would start with new shocks. You shouldnt be rubbing with a 275 unless the b.s. is your for your car.

275's are to big for the front on foxbody stangs.

From what I've gathered, 245/45/17 on the front?

That's about the max right there.

I used to run 265/40 on the front of my '93 Cobra with '95 R wheels back in the day with not one issue.
