      I've never owned a PMS but if the MAF meter is already dialed in then just set the load scaling to 200%, command a wot AFR of 11.5 from 60% load on up, and set the total timing to be 16 for a safe starting point. If the MAF meter isn't dialed in then input the known injector specs, and the known MAF trnansfer numbers. Make a wot pass and look at the datalogs. If you are commanding 11.5 AFR andf getting 10.6 then multiply the entire curve of the MAF meter by .08 or 8% to lean it out. I would try to make changes to the curve globally at first. You don't want to end up with a bumpy MAF curve.
