I have an 07 mustang gt and between 40-70 mph it has a noise and. Ibration coming from the front end and if I turn the wheel to the right it gets worse ive already replaced tie rod ends and balanced the tires again any ideas Of what it could be ?

Will agree about new tires being junk. Bearings and tires are easy to check. If the tires were balanced, I would hope the person doing it would notice a broken belt.Some cars and a bike...

The ply actually happened first hand, where I installed the tire, drove it home, and the ply broke two days later. Cooper brand.

I only stated my internet diagnosis off of the almost service advisor-like write up, I had to deal with. Had a few years in the biz....Some cars and a bike...
