You have to be able to control the power in some form or fashion, first.

There are a couple of things that have to be in place first - a launch RPM limiter, and an accurate boost controller.

No tire in the world will yield consistent results, not even a slick if you don't have at least a launch RPM limiter.

If it's a TNT car and limited street use, I'd use slicks - The track isn't always there for a car on DR's. It's hard as fuck to TNT on radials on a TNT day. Around here, street tires tear up the track BAD.

SLicks will give you a lot more passes down the track without spinning, but don't drive as good.

M/T radials seem to last a while, but the track has to be good. They're street legal, a bonus to me.

I have a 2 and 3 step now. And an ams1000. Should be good on control, but I still think I am going to go with slicks this time.

If you plan to grudge race, I would use slicks.

Hell IDK. I've been waiting on some custom pistons I ordered from Diamond about a month ago. Once they come it I will be putting everything together.

That's what sucks about this hobby, it takes so long to fix something when it breaks

It's gone faster..... And never made a full pass on 22lbs. And has always been on radials. You think those shitty 57's were more efficient than your 76 is? Come on now. We will see what's up this year....

It made 800 on 25lbs. But I never made a full pass on 22lbs, much less that. None of that matters anymore, things have changed
