this kind of functionality cost a good amount of money if you want to do it on a windsor, something like bs3, FAST, etc. cost more then the entire ls engine/wiring harness/pcm/etc.
granted you'll still have to buy a tuner like hp tuners or efi live, but for around 500 new (or ~350-400 used), it is WAY cheaper then any aftermarket ecu.
if you get serious let me know, i can def. provide some tips/tricks to make it pretty painless (and pretty cost effective).
