    Isn't there a guy named parris or something on YouTube with turbo 4.8 running 9s In a single can truck? That thing is nasty.

                wow, well thanks! not sure it deserves that kind of credit but to me the ability to tweak/tune in the pits between runs, go back through each run and see EXACTLY what happened, etc. is probably my favorite part.

                this kind of functionality cost a good amount of money if you want to do it on a windsor, something like bs3, FAST, etc. cost more then the entire ls engine/wiring harness/pcm/etc.

                granted you'll still have to buy a tuner like hp tuners or efi live, but for around 500 new (or ~350-400 used), it is WAY cheaper then any aftermarket ecu.

                if you get serious let me know, i can def. provide some tips/tricks to make it pretty painless (and pretty cost effective).

                    Im kinda the same way, I love the ls platform in my car as far as performance, but I dont care for the looks. I wish I'd of had more room to stick the 455 back in mine. Then again, it sure is nice to have the drive ability of the late model drivetrain.

                      my aje member has been great. that's one area i wouldn't cheap out. i know some folks go with the the modified 4.6 mounts on a stock k, but for the added room and better engine placement with the aje i think it is money well spent.

                        It was hard to beat at 275$ with it still in the packaging.
