Would the intake air temp sensor cause the problem?

I am running a lightning mass air meter that's rated for ~42lb injectors with 24# injectors, it's normal.
        Did that single 24# work?

You need to pull codes. Could be lots of things. Any vacume leaks? You makde seem like you just put a motor in it. Intake gasket or forget to plug something up.

Also try rotating the maf 90deg one way or nother and see what it does. Could still be the maf when its cold its not using ho2s to correst anything. It runs off of stored data and known values. A weird maf reading would be more evident at that point. Just my .02

Sounds like someone needs to spell vacuum correctly.

If this car has stock heads or cam you are completly wasting your money. Not to mention if the car has a problem tuning is not going to solve it nor will a good tuner waste his time.

Well the car has gt40 heads cobra 1.7 roller rockers and a aftermarket intake injectors maf cold air headers x pipe magna flow mufflers under drive pullies and 3.73's. And no a/c or power steering. I can't figure out what's wrong with it. I've checked everything I know could cause it and everything y'all guys said it could be.
