what lugs for convo pros?

I just got a set of convo pros for my 89 hatch, has stock studs. I have an idea on which lugs to use but I want to be 100% sure don't wanna have a wheel fly off!! I would like to get them on this weekend so does anyone know where I can get them without waiting? Not sure if these will work, TIA!!

I think the ones I used with my convos were a half inch shank.

I think it's Closer to a 1/4 inch shank with a washer. I just went to pepboys and cut them to fit. Unfortunately I sold the wheels so I cant pop one off and look for you.

I think I got some from E.T Automotive in Garland years back, you might give them a ring
