Tune question

Will replacing the battery erase the tune if my car has already been tuned? Car was running fine till about 3 weeks ago now it stalls out when I put it in neutral and come to a stop. I replaced the battery about a month ago and wondering if maybe the tune was messed up from that.

It should not, I have a similar problem my chip went bad
but not after my new battery was in the car for about a month.

No replacing battery dosent mess with tune. I had my car sitting with no battery for 6months and started right up.
