all speculation at this point. they just "released" last month and i dont know anyone thats actually got a set yet

They are DOT legal, they just wouldn't shed any water if you get caught out in the rain. The original tread pattern wasn't any good in the rain anyway.

The new M/T's are not Dot. I looked at them at Duck's race .

I see, I was thinking of the ET Street Radial II being DOT. Those ones in the pic are the ET Street Radial Pro. I noticed there is also an ET Drag Radial in R1 compound that has no tread at all. I guess the Street Radial Pro and Drag Radial are just for Radial tire racing classes.

My goodyears look just like the ET Street II. Lines that look almost like a radial tire and a DOT stamp on the side.
