The lt1 got overshadowed by the ls1 no doubt.

They are wicked cool with ported factory heads and the right cam and tune. They just sound awesome with a borla xr1 muffler I think it was.

Mike you know I'm a die hard Ford guy, but a guy I grew up with whitehooptie had and still has his. Awesome cars.

I should run close to that with stock bottom end too.

Lt1's made some damn good power with modest work, I always liked the way they ran and sounded with the LT4 top end kit.

Well I didn't expect my post to start a debate . Is a hundred bucks fair price for the heads since so many lt1 guys are chiming in

That's a damn good price. Like I said earlier, I would search on camaroz28.com and see what they're going for these days.

That's cool. I had a lot of fun in mine, and owned it a really long time. I'm sure I'll regret selling it one day, but I already dropped way too much money in it. There's no way I could drive it on the street here in CA anyway.

Ok thank you at least I have a starting point . I checked out camaroz28 earlier and it was hard to price them because some people went from 150-475 and everything in between. I would prefer to get rid of intake and heads together but I wonder if I shouldn't take the heads to a machine shop myself and have them take care of them

My best 60' was 1.51, which is pretty impressive for a long boat.

If you're going to sell them, I would sell them as is and not drop anymore money in them. If you want a quick sale, I bet you could get rid of both the heads and intake together for $200 no problem.

Anti roll bar? That's a really good short time.

Herb Adams 1.5" solid rear bar, you can see it in the launch pic. I could jack up the rear of the car by the sway bar, it was a beast.

I thought that is what I was seeing, I was thinking of putting one on my car.
