Your intake is already set to accept a fogger, a simple .125 over bore with specific pistons will net you 345 ci with a little over 11:1 and be a nasty all motor car. With a custom gring cam it should make 400rwhp all motor and take any amount of nitrous you want the throw at it.... That is what i would do in your case being you like nitrous so much.. Would not cost too much and be very effective...
lol because 400rw all motor isn't fun at all....like none.

For me to enjoy a nitrous car it needs to make 500+ all motor on pump gas
-1997 Supra- mid 8 second street car
    -1993 Cobra- 700rw
    -2012 CTS-V- 9 second daily driver

-2007 GSXR 1000- built turbo bike

the novelty has worn off, and the cost is going up, but nitrous is still alive and well.

When it comes to a car I would build today vs 10 years ago. 10 years ago Nitrous all the way or a s/c. Today, I would only consider a Turbo set up, I wouldn't even consider NOS at all.

Yeah because going turbo and running terribly inconsistent times weekend after weekend is soooooooo much fun!

I have a 66 Mustang street car with a Dart 363, 13:1 compression on E85, fogger and most importantly a 4R70W with a Bauman controller. This is a perfect street setup to ME. I can program the transmission for two configurations, set custom shift points for consistency, lock or unlock the 8" 4500RPM converter and drive on the street all I want while cruising at 70 at 2300 RPM with 4.11 gears. The car is capable of 6.20's at the track on a small shot. Now let me clarify a few misconceptions about a street car like mine. The suspension is stiff, it does not AC anymore, it is a little loud when the GO pedal is pressed and the rear end is a little noisy. I'm not much of a street racer but the car is capable with the right tire. Hair dryers are cool but for the bracket/index events I like the nitrous.

Sounds like a race car with tags/inspection.

Yup. Doesn't sound like a car that would be fun to drive on the street at all.

as always, another classy post from sam. can i ask why are you so damn negative? you say you love what you do and i assume you make decent coin doing it, i really can't figure out why almost all of your post on this site are taking jabs at other people for doing what they enjoy and voicing their opinions. (just read one post down for an example beside myself), i am going to have to assume you just get your rocks off getting under peoples skin.

i'm sure i am wasting my breathe, but it's my car, my money, my time, not sure why you feel so compelled jump in with your 2 cents. i changed my trans, converter, added a co2 controller, etc. and i've had to do some learning in the process. (2 "terribly inconsistent" trips to the track thus far since the cruise/changes btw, i'll assume you'd have had it dialed in on the first pass)

Yea I can see that, but in reality it is a lot of fun to drive if you like old Mustangs. I know it is not a cushy car to drive, but therein lies the problem with differentiating a race car from a street car... to each his own...

I do look forward to events like the Drag and Brag, Power Tour, Cars and Coffee, local car shows and a lot of other excuses to drive the car on the street. I guess I assumed the original poster was expecting a pretty racey type car in order to run a 2 stage nitrous system on the street and actually set it up to get traction, which is a tough thing to do.

There is something about a car that needs you . Pulling up in traffic or a stop light and putting the car in neutral to keep it from dying . In my car I am the ABS,cruise and computer that controls the windows, cooling fans and fuel pump. It makes me feel a little nostalgic .
