Anyway, if I launch and try to yank into second at high rpm it will grind and sound like I threw a wrench into a turbine. Not only does this happen then but anytime I try to shift fast from 1st to 2nd.
It also grinds sometimes going into 5th but I can push it in slowly.
And sometimes it's a pain to get into reverse.
I know my 1st to 2nd problem is a synchro but the rest is out of my knowledge.
My question is, will a new gear set fix this or a whole new trans?
Replaced fluid when we re did clutch and omfg. The kid who had this baby before me. Trans fluid was like black.
