My coupe runs the a9p auto ECM, I set te timing to 13 degrees base.
my timing is at 10 degrees right now. thinking about going up to 12 and see how it runs. a friend gave me a seat, i just need to swap the covers. i HATE the gangster lean.

They all have the lean though, lol. I have subframes in my car with the seat tabs. Makes jacking the car easier, they came with the car so I cant comment on how they'll improve your times. I'd suspect to get a bigger gain in 60ft drop with them over a coupe, the hatchbacks aren't as ridgid, so they'll help out.

Do some suspension work to it and get the 60ft down before you go crazy with the sauce lol

Went I changed my timing from 10 to 13 it was a noticeable difference in the way the car ran, I did that and set the TPS, made it a lot more "peppy"

With alum heads and flat tops mine liked 16 degree.

Still could run 87 pump. I mainly ran 93, but in a pinch I wasnt scared

Its fine I think mine was .98 or something, get as close to 1 as possible. I run 93 all the time, if you're running 93 already, I'd set it to 13-15.

                      Throttle adj screw?

Take the TPS off the throttle body and turn it with a straight screwdriver to see if it has the correct ranges, because if full closed is still 1.09 then might try a new TPS, although I don't think .1v will make any difference, really how often do you race at idle?

Check WOT voltage and see what it says, 5v is what you want.

at WOT it is a little over 4v, can't remember exactly what it was though.

                          4.5+ at the very least.

Mine sits at 1.17 volts during idle. That's a myth to be under 1.0 volts. Anything above .500 or under 1.15V is fine. I wouldn't spend another penny until I bought a 2800-3500 lockup stall converter. Nonlockup will take more abuse but isn't so nice on the hwy. Could upgrade to an AODE and then have the lockup on a toggle switch. Maybe when yours takes a dump??
