What's it worth? (1998 Corvette)

Brother in law has a super clean 1998 Corvette, red, auto, tan leather, 70k miles, wagon wheels, probably needs tires pretty soon. Car is stock other than a cold-air and Magnaflow catback. He is looking for a quick sale so he wants to price it accordingly.
