I'm going to do a mild axleback to give it a lil more muscle car rumble sound but nothing like that black car sounded like. I'm too old for that shit now.2010 F-350 6.4L SRW CC 4X4

I don't think anything like that would ever hold up in court. Obd info and eec stuff has been mandated to be public info and freely accessible since its a government mandate that all cars have it. Its no longer propriatary info.
I would be more worried about a phaser failing orsomething along those lines.89 dove grey lx, turbo blowthrough

I've had mine for about 2 weeks now. Driveability is more or less perfect, same as stock. It doesn't kick in until engine oil temp hits 140, but that's pretty fast, within a minute or so with the temps we've had here lately. Shakes the car just like a regular cam. I only have an o/r H with stock mufflers for now, so it's not all that loud. However, I have a GT500 axle back sitting at home that will go on as soon as I can figure out how to get around the hitch that I have installed. As for gas mileage, I haven't noticed really any decrease in overall mileage yet. I do smell more fuel though with my o/r h vs the regular performance tune. To me, it's pretty kick ass. Love the sound. To some, it may be rice, but at least the car has the performance to back up the sound. I got my tune through Shaun @ AED...definitely worth checking out.

I've been kinda quiet about the fact that I've done a few more mods to mine... they're not really earth shattering mods, so here goes... I put the Jeg's cat delete pipes on mine and bought an SCT tuner from AM with a tune from Bama to turn off the O2's. I went ahead and had them burn me a 93 octane tune with cats and without for inspection time. I had already put the GT500 axlebacks on and let me say, it's pretty damn loud. I know I'm old, so that's a relative term, but the cats eat up a ton of sound. It's not too bad at cruising, but 1/4 throttle is LOUD but WOT sounds pretty good to me, but still pretty loud. I'll eventually let one of the local shops put a real dyno tune on it, but figured since I had to buy a tuner anyways for the cats, why not let them go ahead and send me some lifetime tunes. Car feels quicker, but I couldn't put my finger on how much. I just have a K&N panel filter, so I'm not sure how much I'm leaving on the table by not using an aftermarket CAI. Either way, it should have picked up at least 30rwhp so MAYBE I'm close to Danny's stock one now! LOL!

I'm under the opinion that most CAI's are not going to be worth the money vs. power gained. I dropped a K&N in my stock box and gained some HP, not much but about as much as an aftermarket CAI. I raced a 03 Cobra and I left him til we hit 120. My car is stock aside from that one MOD.
N/A cars don't gain much from a CAI, sure it helps, but not worth the money.Originally posted by SilverbackLook all you want, she can't find anyone else who treats her as bad as I do, and I keep her self esteem so low, she wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else.
