Need help!

Ok I put a smog pump eliminator on my 94 cobra from california. Got everything off and set up and capped the vacuum lines like it says. I have an FMU and Procharger set up. Now I am not getting the right amount of fuel pressure. Is it the FMU? Something to do with the procharger? I just dont get it. Please help!

somebody help this guy out, im not great on fmu's or boost from a belt but i do know a lil about the 94-95's. i think he has a vaccum line crossed somewhere when he took the pump off and capped all the hanging lines.
