I need some AC work done, looking for shop recommendations

So according to Bankston Ford, the AC compressor and expansion valve needs to be replaced on my 06 Ford Five Hundred, 3.0L V6. Obviously they're estimate is crazy high so I'm looking for someone that can do it for much cheaper. I can buy the parts if that helps.

I'm tempted to replace it myself but I don't have access to guages and a vac pump.

GP/Arlington but I'm not limited to that area for a reasonable shop.

iirc stephen does a/c work on the side, and I have heard rave reviews from board members that have had him work on their a/c systems
