ford racing springs, tokico "blues", new rubber or poly control arm bushings front & rear. moog balljoints, & alignment. If your not concerned with lowering keep the stock springs & spend $$ on other crap.

This is the basic things I would start with.

            Why is kyb crap?
I have kyb on my coupe, and it rides terrible. It rode a lot better when it had the stock stuff on it.

Just avoid the "C" springs. Mine had those and they are kidney busters. I'd look first at H&R before anyone else, or coil-over.

Bolt on subframe connectors are a waste.

I despise UPR, they are design thief's. There are also several threads on Corral, with pics, of UPR designed control arms that broke due to defects.

KYB stands for "keeps you bouncing" lol.

I had some tired old motocrafts on my '88 coupe, but it rode better with those than it did with brand new Monroe or KYB's.

I'm looking for a smoother ride as well, I'll just have to spend a few more bucks. Damn thing bounces in the rear like crazy.
