Thanks. We noticed the truck was slow to turn over the other day and today it left the misses and baby stranded. I went up there after work today and when you turn it over it doesnt even try. Battery is fine and there wasnt any clicking. Tried beating the shit out of the starter with a hammer why she tried to turn it over and still nothing. Yeah, how do you know the battery is fine? I've done a 5 speed conversion in the parking lot of a parts store after I blew up the AOD. You'll be fine.Comment

i also had two other questions.
vato zone said my battery was bad because it had no amps. could my battery be fine and just had no amps from trying to start? if so i can take this one back.
also will silverado starters work as well as long as its the same motor?
