Cold side and PS Cooler Installed

Got the power steering cooler installed and ran most of the cold side pipe / intercooler.

Cut a new hole in the core support for the PS cooler lines to clear the intercooler.

I found a bracket that worked perfect to hold the lines and screwed it to the bumper. That freakin bumper is made of titanium or something, I figured it would be hard steel, but man it took 45 min for me to drill a 3/16 hole in it. Was worth it though, looks almost factory now.

Couple pics of the pipes and IC

I have heard some bad stories regarding the on3 turbo kits...But I have also heard that they have done alot of work and the kits are alot better now and they fit better then they used too...

I see they are using mild steel on the hotside and stainless on the cold, didnt they used to use stainless on their hot side too????

Keep us updated, I may buy one of these kits, being that my B&G kit wont allow me to keep my A/C
