Thought I would post up some pics and info as I progress through the install. So far things are going pretty smooth and I am reasonably happy with the kit. I have had a few issues with the hardware, but I have been able to pick up what I need from Lowes (about $30 worth). I also found a pin hole in the weld on one of the headers which I have shipped back to On3 for them to replace ($20 shipping) - hope to get it back soon so I can finish up the install.
Combo:
Stock 94 GT 5 Speed
Base On3 Kit with the On3 Turbo Blanket
On3 Y pipe to stock cat back
Ford 60lb injectors and Aeromotive 340lph in tank pump
Custom cold air intake for the turbo (pics below)
Moates Quarterhorse Tuner
After dropping all of the exhaust and other stuff that was in the way off, I started by installing the oil feed connections. This was one of the places where I had missing hardware, so I picked up two of the fittings from Lowes.
Next I punched and tapped the oil pan for the turbo drain. I found a socket that fit over the end of the tap and used a long extension and ratchet to tap the pan. Worked great to keep even pressure on the tap as it turns in the hole. Threads look nice
After that I started test fitting the headers to see where I am going to need to grind / cut stuff out of the way. That is when I found the pin hole in the header.
You can see how close the driver side header comes to the AC compressor, but it does not touch. I have done some light grinding on the compressor to make the clearance as large as possible since I took these pics.
