James, some cars, like SVOs have the o2 sensor in the turn before the down pipe, and they seem to last, even though that is a very hot part of the exhaust. Not sure how, but I'm curious.

I hope I'm seeing things, but if I'm not - you need to be more focused on changing that harmonic balancer before you do any turbo work (see 2nd pic).

Good catch (3rd pic). Balancer is shot.

I will be using the stock O2's in the header and my wideband will go in the DP. The on3 kit has literally five o2 bungs welded in it, so I guess I have a lot of options.

Thanks Brooks, I noticed it a while back, but I think it is just cracking on the rubber part. Darren has another stock one I can throw on there if needed.

I decided to use the header gasket that comes with the kit and coat it and the flange with this nice spray RTV Copper.

I like the spray version because it goes on smooth and even.

Used the same stuff on the turbo flange - I decided to install the turbo after installing the header, seemed like it would be really hard to get the header on clean with all the weight on there. Worked great, just have to remember to pre-install the lower flange bolts for the turbo.

Here you can see where the the PS cooler lines go through. Will have to drill a hole below where the pipe goes into the intercooler.

And here is the space where the intercooler charge pipes go behind the fog lights. The GT fog light bracket is huge - should be able to trim it down though.

Remflex gaskets, check out their website, expensive but can't see there ever being a leak
