When I was there it was Wisdom, Latham, and Jackie Arnold. That was '86. I know a guy that took the course when he got back from Nam in the early 70s. The Sat. class would be great for a guy w/ skills that just needs a place to work with a nice booth. I went back about 14 years ago and painted a nice '68 Camaro in their booth. Did the body work in my shop and painted it up there so I could use good clear and bake it.

It has changed since then. Latham was my high school Auto Body teacher at Mesquite until he left to go to Eastfield full time.

Saturday class has a full time instructor and is instructional now. Not just the old come up and work on your car.
All the old timers have retired and a whole new group is running. They just doubled the size of the T building and opened up alot of new programs last spring. We have been doing alot of good stuff, basic metal repair, and paint, collision repair, restorations, kit cars, custom paint. What ever the student wants to learn.

VERY interested in this class as I have a hood that is begging to be finished. I'm no internet sleuth so a link to the info about the class would be greatly appreciated.
                        Thanks!
