The Cobra/Mach/Bullitt brakes are all 13" front rotors and everything has to change.
Even the spindle? That feels like a dumb question.

Of course a differant bracket, caliper and rotor. That's a given.

The calipers on the GTs are the same as the v6, same part number.

99-02 have differant part numbers and are half the price of a 03-04 at AZ, they look exactly the same, the only differance is one is a darker color then the other. Are they made from a different material?
PBR is the brand that made the caliper for Ford - if you look in the pic I posted, you can kinda see it cast on the right caliper. I got mine for a 99 - V8/V6 are the same caliper. Not sure why it is listed differently for the 03/04.

      Not the spindle - I mis-typed.

The spindle should be the same since the "Cobra" 13" brake setup was on the 94 - 04 Cobras(Mach/Bullitt) with little to no change. The spindles on the 96+ were different on the steering side, but not the braking side. If that makes sense...

              Makes perfect sense. Thank you.

I'm hitting up the salvage yards trying to find parts. Hard finding this stuff without telling them it's custom. I don't feel like paying custom prices because some salvage yard guy wants to be a prick. Lol.

Just curious, what did that set up cost you? Looks like all new parts.

only difference i know of is the 03-04's have a different thread for the banjo-fitting on the brake hose.

I have a '95 Cobra booster and master cylinder sitting on the shelf. should I swap it in?
The '95 Cobra booster and m/c should work but if you used the '95GT proportioning valve then you would need adapters for the lines between the m/c and proportioning valve. MM sells them:
Atlantic Blue '00 - '03 Cobra motor and TKO600, solid axle, full MM suspension
                            Silver '01 Vette - D1 blown LS

Big step is removing the factory proportioning valve. I used a 93 Cobra brake booster make sure you paint it (easier to install into a Fox) with a v6/gt master cylinder; I wanted a softer pedal than using a Cobra MC.
