When you did you injectors and mass air did you have it calibrated?

IE.. The right size sample tube/type of meter for the injector size? Is the fuel filter in good shape? Did you ever take it in and have the pulse width on the injectors changed with a tune?

Is your check engine light on? Do you have any codes?

Yea so I moved the distributor back a tooth and is running like shit again. It was on the wrong tooth. But when it's at idle it is pooping thru the intake at idle.. Had it running good when was on the wrong tooth... Tried it at 10 12 14 16 17 timing and messed with the fuel pressure up and down. Will idle the best at 55 lbs

Checking codes is perhaps the most important step in diagnosing problems with your 5.0. It is free, easy, and effective. Materials Needed -a paperclip or a piece of wire approximately 3-10 inches -pen and paper *To get accurate results it is important that the car is fully warmed up Step One -Find the self-test connectors.
