    no John contracted everything out.

All I've helped John do is some planning, the lift, the floor, plum the air compressor, run the water lines for a sink and fridge (ice and water), run the coax for the TV and the speaker wires for the surround sound system and I laid out the electrical on paper so the electrician knew where all to put the plugs.

I forgot to mention that the walls and ceiling are also well insulated as is the garage door

John did it right for sure.. I'm not sure any corners were purposely cut at all

            That Looks incredible! I'm jelly!

I'd love to do something like this! Problem is, in Saginaw, it has to be attached to the house or it's limited to 440 sq. Ft.

Do you know if they considered it attached since the garage roofline ties in to the house?

Nice! I'm amazed a shop that size was approved in such a suburban neighborhood.

So we put the shop to work tonight.

We pulled the transmission out of the GTO once again. Then we pulled the drive shaft out of johns car. Then we installed the surround sound system which sounds awesome
