Foxbody Alternator work on 4.6?

Pretty sure the Alternator on this 4.6 mustang I picked up is fried!

nope. fox body uses a 1g 4.6 uses a 3g

nope cases are different, wont even bolt up.

Lemme check, I have a ton of parts for a 4.6L, but I can't remember if an alternator is one. I know I have spark plugs, wires, an A/C compressor, fuel injectors and a few other items.

Yeah I will keep my fingers crossed. Worst case I will head to a Junkyard & hope they have one

Alternator and Battery where both shot! Replaced both & car starts & runs great! Now just have to fix the Electric fan before I drive it
