Yea same question for me I got a hci car that has 327 stock gears and needing more gear. 28x9 slick and nitrous at the track. C4 with 4000 stall. I got a brand new set of 4.10 for 80 but don't want to have to do it twice. Sorry for hijacking your thread

My semi-uneducated opinion is 4.10s - unless you ever plan to do any other kind of racing. If 1/8th - 1/4 mile times are all that matters, 4.10s. Of course, if you ever plan to do any other type of racing, nitrous is a waste for those.

Just 1/8 and 1/4 mile racing and some street racing in Mexico.

Since you're planning a blower or nitrous, I'd leave the stock gears in it. If you were going to stay n/a, I'd recommend 4.10s with a really sticky tire. If you drove it more, I'd recommend 3.73s.

No one asked how tall is the tire you plan on running...

                                4.10

Run the 4.10's. On the street and off the bottle you will like them better. Just run 27 in tall tires at the track and you wont run out of rpms when you spray it.
