Help me find this valve spring compressor tool please

My father in law is looking for this style valve spring compressor tool. He originally sent me this, a KD Tools part #2400 that I cannot find for sale anywhere online.




The only similar style tool I can find is this one:



Before buying that one, I would like to see what other choices are out there. Anyone know where I can find a tool like this online? Thanks for the help!

Looks like it is the same thing more or less. The one above just has the ability of the handle to be changed 90 degrees. I looked for you too.
