Should be similar to my F150 jack up up vehicle, support with jack stands, remove front wheels,-remove shocks, loosen bolts on sway bar links, jack under A arm and release tension slowly. If you feel safer you can run a piece chain through center of coil and lock so it won't spring out- I've never had that issue on the f150's I've done. -
