    Is the car charging corrctly?

Now that you've verfied the bulbs work correctly, I'd say that your cluster isn't firmly plugged in - or there's something wrong with it.

A lot of the times when a cluster is pulled, everyone thinks you have to pry the prongs out to remove the two big plugs - this breaks the locks on those plugs. You have to squeeze those prongs in to remove the plugs.. when they break, they come loose easy. check that too.

Ok. So if it don't go through the cluster the lights won't work? If that's true why do the flashers work?

That part I'm not totally sure on, and is why I'm saying to check it - it's free.

This diagram shows why the car has to have the voltage guage plugged in to charge.

I just took the mfs off and looked at the back where the connector for the blinkers plugs in and were the orang and yellow wire goes in there's not a pin in the switch for it. That's the wire that goes to the flasher. Maybe I've got a wrong mfs?

I figured it out. Who ever worked on it before I got it I guess moved some pins around or something on the connector for the turn signals. The orange and yellow wire was in the wrong spot. But I moved it to the rite spot and the turn signals work. Thanks for all the help. I probably would still be racking my brains if it weren't for you guys. Thanks.
