I'm a Mobil 1 user. Dad's work truck has 330k miles on it and gets an oil change every 10k miles.
110:1 crawl ratio = slowest rig on here

Stick with the Motorcraft blend. It will give you good results.

But they're piss scared to test against Redline cause they know they'll lose. As per Bobistheoilguy.com. With a car getting some higher mileage on it, I'd definitely run Redline cause its got something in it.. can't remember but I think it was called Esther? Started with an E. Anyway, other oils don't have it. But it will eat every last bit of carbon/gunk/shit out of your motor leaving it sparkling clean. I run it in my old chevy and it even at the damn varnish off. Looked like new.
I sell a ton of Redline Great stuff.

Cool story, it almost helps as much as my "sand" comment of assholliery

                    True.

Also, I love the "I have 150k miles on my engine so my oil must be the best" comments. Seriously, get back to us when you've gone another 100k.

Motorcraft is great oil. I have used it since day one in my truck. I am at 180k miles, it still holds excellent OP, and no noises. You would think it only had 80k miles.

That is what I am running. I still hold between half and 3/4 on the oil gauge. I have always changed the oil at 3k. I run the 820s motorcraft filter too. It is a good clean oil too, going in and draining out. My truck still has clear oil at any point, I can pull the stick and it will be clear.

How about 200k on a 1991 Miata running 5lbs of boost on a supercharger. Mostly Rotella t synthetic

Honestly it doesn't really matter what you use as long as you change on something that resembles a schedule and have good filtration both oil and air.
