So I'm about to start installing my V1 on my 00 GT. My question is when I reroute my MAF, is there a plug extension I buy or what? I have read that it is the gray and gray white wire that needs to be cut? Any positive help will be appreciated.

It's 6 wires that need to be extended but normally in a blow through situation it is still located over in the general area where it is stock, so it wont need to be moved.
If you want to move it though - here is the stock pinout and wirecolors.
You would basically just cut each wire and extended it as long as you want to. Then reattach it to the same color wire. -
