recently purchased premium dimpled and slotted rotors from brakeperformance.com
about 3 days after my purchase i receive and email for 10% off the very product i just purchased and i sent them a request for them to honor the offer to which they replied sorry too late
i sent back that i have not received the rotors yet but when i do i will be sending them back
they replied with that there will be a 20% restocking fee
to which i replied that is acceptable to not do business with such a shady vendor and i look forward to reviewing your customer service practices with all my car enthusiast friends
