1.7 Rockers with TFS State II cam

Can this be done with GT40 Heads without the valves hitting? Has anyone tried 1.7 Rockers with a TFS Stage II Cam?

Being lazy will cost you valves. If you don't want to do it correctly leave it stock..

Stock cam with gt40 heads and intake will run alright and still get good mileage.

Just do 1.7rr arms..

Or find another cam

Max lift for a stock motor is around .544.

.542"/.563" valve lift w/1.6

Guys car has had the TFS 2 Cam in it for over a year. Also cam has no lope at idle. But at 3000 rpms it comes alive in 2nd. I had the 1.7s laying around and wanted to check if it was safe to bolt them up. My question has been answered. Thanks guys
