Who rents brake flare/bending tools?

Need to make a new front brake line for the coupe to install the line lock. Going to need to flare and bend the new line but don't have the tools (nor do I think I'll use them enough to warrant buying them).

Does O'Reilly or Autozone rent them?

You know where I could find some fittings to go to 1/4NPT from a 3/16th line? I guess I'll just flare the lines and put 3/8th flare fittings on them then find a 3/8th flare to 1/4NPT to go into the line lock?

dunno where you are, but there's a napa just north of 183 in euless on euless main rd. they have all sorts of flare/banjo/brake etc fittings and can even make hoses on the spot. homedude custom made a fitting and hose for the hydraulic clutch conversion in my buggy, took him like 7 minutes to do what i'd been trying for a week.

you just confused me bad. line locks are usually 1/8 npt. ory/az have the 1/8 npt to 3/16 or 1/4 tube

Errr, you are right, it is 1/8th NPT into the line lock, so they have a 1/8th NPT to 3/16th tube fitting? I believe the master and the dist. block are both 3/8th flare?

The fittings are hanging in the back of hard parts by the lines. Just ask a grey shirt if you can go back there to find your needs. AZ should have bothe the bender and flaring tool in their loan-a-tool program.
