87 lx plus explorer parts

My car is a 1987 mustang lx 5.0. The only mods I have are full exhaust (mac equal lenghts, 2.5 inch H-pipe, flowmaster series 80), 3.55 gears, and new T5 with king cobra clutch. Car is still speed density as well.

Ok, so im got a 1998 totaled explorer 5.0 for next to nothing ($200). I really just wanted the heads (GT40p). What other usefull parts should I pull before selling it to the junk yard?

Intake. Fuel injectors maybe maf if you can get an a9l. I think that's it.

I think you missed something in the OP....

The intake is the same as the cobra / GT40 intake. The throttle body is 65mm and can be modified to be used on your coupe. The Explorer rearend should have 3.73 gears.
